Just rinsed off in a sieve. Whatever would be the crispiest...Then you can compare it to the summer taste of it with beautiful raw corn...when it is finally here!<BR/><BR/>There is some pretty good Florida corn that shows up here in late Spring..but it is not as good as out Jersey corn!
